Yes — you can upgrade at any time and I'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
I move your entire site — all files, DNS, and any email setup — from your current host to Design Menu hosting. You don't touch a thing. The site stays live throughout, and I test everything before cutting over.
Yes — and that's intentional. Static sites are faster, more secure, cheaper to run, and almost never break. Most small businesses don't need a CMS to manage their own content — they need a site that works and a person to call when they want something changed. That's what I provide.
Monthly billing leads to constant client churn and makes it hard to plan ahead. Annual billing means I can invest properly in your site and give you my full attention — knowing we're working together for the year.
I'll review how your site is set up for local search — page titles, meta descriptions, Google Business Profile, local keywords, and how your site stacks up against local competitors. I give you specific, actionable recommendations for your city on Vancouver Island. I'm not an SEO agency — but I know what small businesses here need to do to get found.
Email or text me directly. I have monitoring in place so I'll often know before you do. If an update causes an issue, I roll back from the latest backup and fix the underlying problem. You're not waiting on a ticket queue.
The minimum commitment is one year — that's what you pay upfront. There's no multi-year lock-in. If you want to leave at the end of your year, I'll help migrate your site out to wherever you're going.
