Our largest room, facing the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Floor-to-ceiling windows, a private deck, and a soaker tub positioned to watch the tide come in.
Tucked into the treeline with a Douglas fir canopy view. Warm cedar finishes, a wood stove, and birdsong instead of an alarm clock.
Faces west into the inner harbour. Watch the fishing boats come and go from a king bed piled with wool blankets and the evening light coming in.
We don't charge extra for the things that should come with any decent place to stay.
Made from scratch each morning with ingredients from local farms and our own small garden. Served at the time you choose.
Step directly onto our accessible coastal trail. Paved path to the shore, gentle grade, no stairs.
On-site accessible parking directly adjacent to all room entrances. EV charging available by request.
Fast, reliable connection throughout the property. We know some of you still need to work remotely.
Margaret and David live on the property. Ask us anything — tide times, trails, where the locals actually eat.
Stable sea kayaks and all gear available to borrow at no charge. Calm water right in front of the inn.
We believe a beautiful place should be accessible to all guests. Our property was designed — not retrofitted — with mobility, vision, and hearing accessibility woven in from the start.

Built to WCAG 2.1 AA standard. Skip links, semantic landmarks, screen reader compatible, keyboard navigable, and high-contrast throughout. Because your online experience matters too.
I use a power wheelchair and was nervous about booking somewhere new. Margaret answered every question I had before we arrived. The room was perfect. Not "accessible enough" — actually perfect.
We were here two nights and honestly didn't want to leave. The breakfast alone is worth the drive from Vancouver. Quiet in a way you don't find anywhere near a city anymore.
I'm low vision and travel with a guide dog. David called ahead to confirm the route from parking to our room, and had the large-print menu waiting. Felt genuinely thought about, not just tolerated.
Rooms book fast in summer. Direct bookings always get our best rate — and you'll talk to us, not a booking engine.
