Our Story
Built on the
water's edge.
Saltwater Grill started with a simple idea: Vancouver Island has some of the world's best seafood, and it deserves a kitchen that treats it properly. We opened in 2019 in a converted cannery building on the Comox waterfront.
We work with six local fishing families and a handful of Vancouver Island farms to keep our menu seasonal. If we can't tell you where it came from, we don't put it on the plate.

Walk-ins welcome when space allows. For groups of 6 or more, reservations are required. We hold tables for 15 minutes past the booking time.
